PVC panel system
The Bouwplast panel range consists of a number of high-quality PVC panels and profiles in various dimensions and thicknesses. Horizontally, the panels are used for the construction of pen partitions in (pigs) stalls and vertical as dividing walls or ceiling system. The Bouwplast system has been on the (international) market for many years, to the full satisfaction of the agricultural sector.
Clicking system. Bouwplast-plus panels are distinguished by their smart clicking system. This is fitted with a unique EPDM sealing as standard creating a hygienic, seamless connection. This ensures that the panels fit together perfectly and create a smooth, flat wall or partition. As a result, dirt adhesion has little chance of occurring on these panels.
Sustainability. Bouwplast panels are partly produced from recycled PVC. In the production and reuse of the panels, sustainability and circularity are taken into account. Want to know more? Check our page on sustainability for an explanation and a handy infographic.

Bouwplast-plus panels
Bouwplast-plus panels are manufactured from high-quality PVC. The upper side is fitted with a unique Bouwplast-plus click connection with a waterproof rubber seal. This ensures that dirt is excluded and the panel offers optimal hygiene.
Bouwplast panels are ideal as pen partition or wall system in agricultural buildings and stables. The product range consists of 3 standard width/height dimensions: 500/35 mm, 400/35 mm and 250/35 mm. The 500 mm panel has a flat, smooth underside which make it especially suitable for applications in the farrowing pen.
In addition to applications in modern pig farming, the Bouwplast-plus panels are increasingly more often found in calf farming and modern pig and chicken farming. The panels are also increasingly proving their added value within other (agricultural) sectors.
Bouwplast-plus panels can be produced made to measure. Bouwimpex provides this service at no additional cost.

Bouwplast-plus FR fire-resistant panels
The fire-retardant design of the Bouwplast-plus panel. The FR panel is made of high-quality plastic (PVC) which is composed of unique fire-resistant raw materials. The panel can be produced in the desired project size.
Fire-retardant construction is increasingly the norm. The more stringent requirements with respect to fire behaviour in stables, sheds and halls demand ever safer, fire-retardant materials. Not only politicians are calling for this, farmers themselves are also taking protective measures. A stable fire can have major consequences, both emotionally and financially.
Plastic walls are quicker to install, more flexible and cheaper than a masonry wall. A drawback is more sensitivity to fire. For this reason, Bouwimpex has developed – together with the plastic-industry – the Bouwplast-plus FR (fire resistant) panel. These fire-resistant panels – in 250/35, 400/35 and 500/35 version – are made of high-quality plastic that has been tested by Efectis in fire class B. With this, Bouwimpex demonstrates that fire-resistant and high-quality construction go hand in hand in stable construction.

Bouwplast HP-V panels
Bouwplast HP-V panels are unique in their kind and application and ideal as pen partitions in stables, particularly pig stalls. These hygienic panels of impact-resistant, made from hard PVC and have a flat top and underside. This creates a good seal on the floor and reduces draughts to a minimum. This is important for good ventilation of the feed alley.
Because the panels can be ordered to project size, residual waste is kept to a minimum. For a fully hygienic finish, perfectly matching covers are also available to neatly finish the ends.

The Bouwplast-plus transparent panel ensures that more daylight is created in the stable, which has a positive effect on animal welfare. Just like the trusted Bouwplast-plus panel the transparent panel is fitted with the sophisticated clicking system.
The clicking system allows the panels to fit together perfectly and creates a smooth, flat wall. The adhesion of dirt therefore has no chance whatsoever! A combination with other Bouwplast panels is possible. The standard length of these panels is 7000 mm. If required, the panels can be supplied in project size.

Bouwplast PVC profiles
We have developed special plastic profiles especially for quick and efficient installation of plastic walls and pen lay out. The profiles are made of hard-plastic PVC and are available in the colours white and grey. Both the Bouwplast plus 250/35 and the 400/35 panels fit these profiles perfectly. The U and L profiles are also available in a stainless-steel version.
